This INI mod will remove the Letterbox, Motion Blur, Chromatic Aberration, and Film Grain without suppressing any game graphics.
Disable Film Grain[1]
  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open Engine.ini with a text editor.
  3. Add the following text at the bottom of the file:

  4. Save the file.
Disable Lens Distortion[2]
  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open Engine.ini with a text editor.
  3. Add the following text at the bottom of the file:

    r.NT.Lens.Distortion.Stretch=0
    r.NT.Lens.Softness.Intensity=0

Disable Depth of Field[4]

  4. Save the file.
Disable forced letterboxing[5]
  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Open Engine.ini with a text editor.

This fix will remove the black bars on the top and bottom of the screen and retain the proper field of view (the view will not zoom in).
Disable Motion Blur[citation needed]
Motion blur can be disabled in game's settings by going to Settings, Graphics, Accessibility and setting Motion Blur level to 0.
  1. Go to the configuration file location.
  2. Create an ini file called Scalability.ini.
  3. Add the following text at the bottom of the file:

  4. Save the file.
Disable Vignette[citation needed]
